Gov. Ned Lamont has signed a new law to prevent wrong-way crashes.
It comes after a wrong-way driver killed state Rep. Quentin Williams on his way home from Lamont's inaugural ball.
The new law requires at least 120 new wrong-way detection systems at on-ramps across the state.
