The governor says not to expect new spending in 2024 budget adjustments.

It could be bad news for college students. Connecticut State Colleges and Universities just approved a 5% tuition increase, on top of cutting staff and course offerings.

It's asking for more money to avoid additional cuts.

Lamont will present his budget changes on Feb. 7.
