Malloy says he does not have any major disappointments and called the session dynamic.
The governor addressed the General Assembly just after midnight when the session closed on Wednesday.
Malloy says he would like to have seen lawmakers take further action on the job creation front, but the bill failed to come up for a vote in the House.
