3ds agoGreenwich police say a man was arrested after kissing a 17-year-old girl without her consent.
They say Hilmer Santos Roca approached the minor in the area of East Putnam and Sound Beach Avenue back in Feb. 18.
Santos Roca faces several charges, including sexual assault.
