A popular Stamford brewery opened a second location Thursday that they say offers much more than beer.
Half Full Brewery is one local business that has been thriving over the past few months. They say they're ready to offer the Third Place to Stamford.
Founder Conor Horrigan says after doing Half Full events all over the state, he wanted to turn his focus closer to home.
The new facility will offer experimental new Half Full brews on rotating taps, but Horrigan says he sees the new spot as more than just another brewery.
"We have three different tanks in here, so every week or so we're planning to have a new beer here," he says.
Third Place is offering draft cocktails, cold brew coffee and food trucks on site, thanks to partnerships with some favorite local brands.
When social distancing allows, Horrigan says this will also be a performance space for local artists.
Third Place is open to the public Thursday through Sunday.
