Rye Brook detectives say that during Belynda Constant's employment it is alleged that the health aide defrauded the elderly victim out of more than three thousand dollars.

A home health aide from Bridgeport was arrested Thursday, accused of defrauding an elderly victim in Rye Brook, NY out of at least $3,000.
Belynda Constant was employed by a resident of The Atria assisted living.
The nature of the fraud was not detailed by Rye Brook police.
Constant, 40, was charged with identity theft and grand larceny. She's being held at Westchester County Jail.
