All 10 JOANN Connecticut locations will be closing.
They include stores in Brookfield, Clinton, Manchester, Newington, Enfield, Southington, Hamden, Milford, Torrington and Norwich.
The company says that the move is necessary as it navigates the bankruptcy process. JOANN
filed last month for the second time in a year.
The company first filed for Chapter 11 in March 2024 but was able to stay afloat after becoming a private company.
The retailer blames the current filing on severe and unexpected inventory issues.
