Legislators in Hartford Monday are looking for alternative sources to help lower energy costs.
The lawmakers are meeting with environmental groups, conservation groups, community organizations and ISO New England. They're talking about ways to lower costs through conservation and developing renewable energy sources.During the first energy summit last month, the focus was on the factors that are causing gasoline, electric and natural gas prices to soar as well as possible solutions. Lawmakers are now putting conservation and the environment at the forefront.
