Three men were plucked from Stamford Harbor Saturday after their boat capsized while they were fishing for lobsters.
Police say they got a call about the stranded boaters around 7:30 a.m. Officers John Buehler and Anna Zajac responded, but they say they couldn?t see the men. A Good Samaritan pointed them in the right direction and let the officers use his boat for the rescue. Officers found the lobstermen standing on top of their boat.
The three men, one from Ridgefield and two of whom are from Rockland County, New York, were treated by EMS workers and released.
