Some Fairfield neighbors attempted to keep a man accused of dancing naked in front of children behind bars Tuesday.

Keith Iodice, 39, was jailed over an incident in which he allegedly danced naked in front of two 11-year-old boys in April. He was never arrested over that accusation. However, at the time of the alleged incident, he was out on bond from a case in which he was accused of downloading child pornography. A judge later revoked that bond, originally posted in 2005, based on behavior from the alleged dancing incident.

Neighbors say they do not want Iodice released back into their community.

The judge admits that he?s not sure jail is the right place for Iodice. He has asked Iodice?s attorney to come up with a proposal for out-of-prison supervision that could include electronic monitoring.
