Man arrested following sexual assault investigation

A 22-year-old man was arrested on sexual assault and child endangerment charges after authorities tracked him down in Tennessee, Norwalk police said.
Henry “Anthony” Timal is accused of sexually assaulting a minor following an investigation that began Oct. 12, 2025, according to the Norwalk Police Department.
Timal was located and taken into custody in Nashville, Tennessee, on July 29. He later waived extradition and was returned to Connecticut on Thursday.
Timal, who is listed as a Nashville resident, was charged with first-degree sexual assault, commercial sexual abuse of a minor, and risk of injury to a minor. His bond is set at $300,000.
He was scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
