A man from Virginia Beach is walking through southwestern Connecticut today on his trek around the country in hope of shedding light on a problem that he says is often left in the dark.
Leroy Bailey started the journey about two years ago in Virginia Beach. Now, he's on his last leg as he heads home.
He's raising awareness and money to help the homeless.
Bailey says he's raising money to build what he calls hope centers - shelters where homeless people can learn job skills and get their lives back on track.
