? Metro-North trains are finally back on schedule after a long day of delays and cancellations across southwestern Connecticut.
High winds caused delays on Metro-North's New Haven line after a tree was knocked onto the tracks in the Bronx. Commuters say they were stranded for several hours in the morning. Metro-North had crews out cleaning up tons of tree limbs and making repairs.
The debris from the heavy winds was so widespread Metro-North could only run about one train an hour once service was restored at 3 p.m.
