Connecticut Metro-North riders are about to get to their destinations faster, thanks to some changes brought on by a survey.
Metro-North has added more express trains and a late-night shuttle between Grand Central Station and Stamford. Trains will also leave earlier to get commuters into the city sooner. The improvements come after the transit system surveyed commuters.
Many say they are pleased with the changes, but travelers told News 12 Connecticut there?s still room for improvement. Commuters feel subways and trains could be cleaner and have more seating.
