Michelle Troconis' attorney has filed a second motion to dismiss the contempt charges she faces.
Attorney Darnell Crosland said the state failed to meet a May 7 court-ordered deadline to respond to the defense's first motion.
Troconis was convicted in the disappearance and presumed death of Jennifer Dulos.
The contempt charges stem from her trial. Prosecutors say she displayed a court-sealed document on her laptop during testimony.
