Police officers in Milford are reading books to children online through the department's Facebook page.
The officers are reading to children every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 1 p.m.
They call the reading series 'Books and Badges!'

The school resource officers and D.A.R.E officers take turns reading a few times a week to kindergartners through fifth graders.
The videos are also available on the Milford Public School's YouTube page.
Officers say the Milford public library also loaned them some books to read to the children during the series.
