A Stratford mother who delivered her baby while in a coma is home safe from the hospital.
The new mother went into a medically induced coma back in March after she contracted pneumonia.
She was 30 weeks pregnant and eventually doctors delivered her son, Luke, with an emergency cesarean section.
Lohnes' baby boy came home from the hospital last month, and one week ago Lohnes came home as well.
Now the family is facing financial danger with hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical bills.
"My biggest fear is that these medical bills are going to put us in a position where we could possibly lose our home," she says.
The Lohnes have started a fundraising campaign that has raised $21,000.
