The music director at a Greenwich church resigned Wednesday amid allegations he is involved in child pornography.

The FBI is reportedly investigating whether Christ Church's music director, Robert Tate, was involved in child pornography. According to a New York Times report, it is unclear if pornographic images were stored on a church-owned computer. In addition, the Times reports that authorities are investigating whether Tate had improper contact with minors.

Despite repots that Tate resigned, a church spokesperson would not confirm his resignation.
