The Navy's submarine base in Groton is reinstituting stricter COVID-19 protocols due to the rising infection rates in Connecticut.
Submarine Base New London is once again raising its Force Health Protection Condition, meaning gathering sizes on the base will likely be limited.
The swimming pool will be open by appointment only. Mask requirements also remain in effect for those who are not vaccinated.
