New Canaan Road Warriors won the Babe Ruth regional Tuesday to earn a spot in the National World Series.
The team won 11 games in a row and went undefeated in the New England Regional, taking the championship last.
The team is back in New Canaan and will head to Lafayette, Louisiana for the Babe Ruth-Cal Ripken World next week. The series starts a week from Saturday.
