A New Hampshire man has been sentenced to 17½ years in prison for sexually abusing a young girl.

David Eddy, 59, used his cellphone to photograph the abuse, according to court documents.

Eddy pleaded guilty to child pornography charges, officials said. The sentencing occurred in federal court, authorities noted.
