At-risk veterans in Connecticut will soon have access to new temporary housing designed to support them during difficult times.
State officials cut the ribbon Thursday on Patriots Landing North, a newly completed residence on the Connecticut Veterans Affairs campus in Rocky Hill.
The building includes 20 temporary apartments for veterans and their families who need short-term stability and support.
Patriots Landing North is expected to begin accepting residents in the coming weeks.
