Owner Alyssa Anderson uses HerbalLife products, which are plant-based proteins, in its drinks.
Anderson says she is hoping to reshape the way people see healthy alternative eating.
Norwalk Nutrition also makes energy teas and wellness shots.
It is open seven days a week, and hours vary. The business is also looking to hire more workers.
