Downtown Bridgeport welcomed a new business on Sunday.

The "Main Squeeze Juice Bar & Cafe" at 1225 Main St. offers a wide range of healthy options.

The business also features a wide selection, from cold-pressed juices to smoothie bowls, to salads, and avocado toast.

Owner Cilhema L'minggio says all liquids go into glass bottles to preserve the nutrients.

"I wanted to bring awareness to the inner cities about how important it is to be healthy and eat healthy and have healthier options. So I'm just glad that we're finally able to set our feet down in Downtown Bridgeport," L'minggio said.

L'minggio adds the cold-pressed juices contain no sugar or other additives.
