Johnson & Johnson says its COVID-19 vaccine is safe and
showing a promising immune response.
The company has reported few
side effects in early trials, things such as headache, muscle aches, and
soreness.
Data shows most volunteers
developed antibodies after 28 days.
Johnson & Johnson's
vaccine requires only one dose, while Pfizer's and Moderna's require two.
