No action is being taken against Milford's school superintendent, who allegedly wrote a reference letter about a coach who's accused of a sexual affair with a teen.
The Milford Board of Education met Monday to discuss the situation. Members have looked at the possibility of a buyout with Dr. Greg Firn but have not made a specific offer.
Mayor Jim Richitelli says Firn should resign and some residents News 12 Connecticut spoke with concur. The Milford Board of Ed says it will wait until an annual review at the end of June to decide whether Firn will stay on as superintendent.
