The Saugatuck River Bridge replacement project gets underway. 

The northbound lanes of I-95 will be closed at Exit 17. 

Northbound traffic will be diverted onto southbound lanes, starting at 8.p.m. 

They're scheduled to reopen at 6 a.m. Monday. 

The Connecticut Department of Transportation says people should try and find alternate routes.
