The Norwalk Carver Community Center held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the second phase of renovations coming to the center.

Center members were joined by state Senate Majority Leader Bob Duff (D-Norwalk) and other state officials to commemorate the start of the renovations.

Duff previously secured $3.5 million in funding for renovations to improve security and ADA accessibility.
