The pastor of a church that was forced to relocate to Norwalk due to a massive fire says he is being forced to move once again. Pastor Edward Williams of the Mighty Move of God Deliverance Temple says he invested countless hours of time and money to make the new space home, and now he has to do it all over. The city says the building isn't up to code and Williams says his landlord won't pay the $70,000 to install sprinklers, handicap accessible ramps and elevators. The landlord at SCG Commercial Real Estate in Stamford would not comment on the situation. In the meantime, Williams has been holding services at the United Methodist Church on East Avenue. He asks anyone who may have space available for his church to call him at 203-613-0691.
