Rising costs and barriers for small businesses highlighted at Norwalk breakfast

The Norwalk public schools and Norwalk Community Health Center held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Monday for a new Family Health & Wellness Center.

Officials say this is the third school-based health center the city operates in partnership with Norwalk Community Health Center and the first to provide care to students, their families and NPS staff members.

The facility is located at One Park Street.
