6h agoDue to high temperatures this week in the state, Norwalk's garbage collection will start their pickups an hour earlier.
Instead of the normal 7 a.m. pickups, garbage trucks will begin at 6 a.m. Wednesday through Friday.
The city encourages residents to place bins out the night before.
