A Norwalk man is accused of fleeing a crash that police say he caused in Darien.
Officers say Richard Bliss rear-ended a car last month at a stop light, then asked the driver if she was OK before driving away.
They say the woman took a picture of his license plate and handed it over to officers.
Bliss turned himself in on a warrant and was processed then released on $5,000 bond. He faces two charges – evading responsibility and following too closely in a motor vehicle accident.
No injuries were reported.
Bliss is due in court on Dec. 11, 2023.
