Police in New York have identified the Norwalk man who was killed in a motorcycle accident in Westchester County over the weekend.
Police say Francis Sierra-Amarante was riding a motorcycle on Route 9 in Ossining Sunday night when he collided with a car.
Investigators say witnesses reported Sierra-Amarante driving recklessly before the accident.
