Norwalk police say a seven-time convicted felon, with 23 prior arrests, was just arrested again.
Sylvester Edward was arrested following a four-month narcotics investigation, along with Hilary Guillen.
Police executed multiple searches and found powder cocaine, crack cocaine, fentanyl, marijuana, fake IDs, narcotics paraphernalia, and 14 cellphones.
Edward faces multiple charges, including sale of narcotics and interfering with a search.
Guillen is also facing several charges, including forgery and illegally selling cannabis.
