Norwalk residents had the opportunity to speak with police officers Thursday morning at Allora Coffee and Bites on Orchard Street.
Police say meeting with people in a relaxed setting helps them forge a bond with the people they serve.
They say Coffee with a Cop is just one of many community outreach programs they offer throughout the year, including holding a holiday party and visiting senior centers and day care centers throughout the year.
