Police in Norwalk are working to identify a body found in a Rowayton swamp Sunday. Police received a phone call from a resident who found the body while cleaning up storm debris in her backyard. Residents say they do not believe foul play took place in their neighborhood. Many believe the body came from the Long Island Sound, floated under a bridge and then washed up in the marsh. Others, however, say they worry someone could have been lurking close by their private neighborhood. Police have identified the body as a white woman in her mid-20's.
