? A Norwalk woman is behind bars for allegedly selling unsuspecting fans tickets to bogus Bon Jovi and Aerosmith concerts.
Police say Cathy Ribeiro, also known as Cathy Givenchy, conned several people out of hundreds of dollars. Victims say the scam has taken a financial and mental toll on them. One woman says she questioned why Bon Jovi would play a small venue, but she says Ribeiro assured her it was for charity.
The Norwalk Police Department wants anyone who has been victimized by the scam to contact officers at 203-854-3000.
