A New York City man has been arrested on terrorism charges.
Mohamed Rafik Naji is accused of expressing support for a potential truck attack in Times Square like the one by ISIS in France.
A criminal complaint filed yesterday in federal court in Brooklyn says Naji, 37, traveled to Turkey and Yemen last year in an attempt to fight for the terror group.
Meanwhile, the State Department is advising U.S. citizens traveling in Europe to be aware of a "heightened risk of terrorist attacks" during the holiday season.
