16h agoThe NYPD has located and arrested the suspect connected to a fatal Brooklyn shooting that took place early January.
Back in January, officers responded to a 911 call of a woman shot on 488 Dekalb Ave. Police say the female victim was shot in the torso and was found unconscious and unresponsive.
EMS responded and transported the victim to Brooklyn Hospital where she was pronounced dead. Officers identified the victim as Jennifer Ynoa, 36, of Brooklyn.
Police identified and arrested the suspect 36-year-old Namel Colon on Tuesday. He is being charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
