Officials provide update on Bridgeport mayor primary redo

The mayoral primary redo in Bridgeport is just over two weeks away.
Connecticut's Secretary of the State says progress has been made to help ensure the go-around is fair. In an update, she says a new supervised balloting location has been added.
Election monitors have trained the town clerk, office staff and voter registrar workers.
State officials are also considering "spot checks" to verify that people actually intended to vote the way their ballot says.
