Services restored to nearly all customers following apparent vandalism act on Optimum fiber lines
Cable and internet provider Optimum says services have been restored to nearly all affected customers after multiple fiber lines were cut in an apparent act of vandalism, blacking out service to some Optimum subscribers in Fairfield County early Friday morning.
