A former Town of Orange police officer accused of sexually assaulting a woman by pretending to be his twin brother has begun his home confinement sentence after pleading no contest to a lesser charge. Police say Jared Rohrig forced his brother's girlfriend to have sex with him in July of 2009, even after she apparently realized who he was. Rohrig had been charged with first-degree assault and faced a possible 10-year mandatory prison term if found guilty. His attorney says he has been sentenced to 90 days of home confinement and three years of probation as part of the plea deal.Former officer expected in court today
