Residents and those forced to work outside are doing what they can to stay warm Monday as the temperature hovers in the 20s.
Workers at Fred's Car Wash on Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk did all they could to keep their operation going. But on Sunday, they were forced to shut down when equipment kept freezing. The workers say when it's this cold it's definitely hard to cope.
On the other hand, city workers who were out filling potholes said they were sweating even though it was cold. So, it seems the key to staying warm is to keep on moving.
