A new Bridgeport car towing business held its grand opening Sunday.

Park Ave Auto owner Sam Saunders says he's excited to have his longtime towing shop expand into a 24-hour roadside-assistance business.

It offers everything, from jumpstarts to lockouts, to flat tire repairs.

"I'm just happy that every day I wake up and I'm able to help somebody. Anything with your vehicle -- if you break down 24 hours a day, in the area of Bridgeport, Connecticut, Stamford -- call us. We are here to support you," Saunders said.

He says the auto shop at 954 Park Avenue created 15 new jobs and is open every day of the year.
