Police: 1 dead, others injured in shooting along the Wilbur Cross Parkway

A man was killed, and three others were injured after a shooting along the Wilbur Cross Parkway early Sunday morning.

A man was killed, and three others were injured after a shooting along the Wilbur Cross Parkway early Sunday morning.
The incident happened near Exit 60 on the southbound side around 2:20 a.m. in Hamden.
News 12 is told that state troopers located an individual in the driver's seat of the vehicle with an apparent gunshot wound, who was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Three additional vehicle occupants were transported by ambulance to Yale New Haven Hospital.
Adrian Lopez, of Bridgeport, was pronounced dead at the scene. Qualon Wilkes, of Bridgeport, is in critical condition. Taquan Donald, of Bridgeport is stable with non-life-threatening injuries. Mark Dunbar, of Bridgeport did not have any reported injuries.
Parts of the Wilbur Cross Parkway were closed Sunday morning, but has since reopened.
