First there were reports of a flasher, now a Peeping Tom has been spotted in Rowayton. Norwalk police say a woman pulled back her shower curtain to find a man staring through her bathroom window. The woman, who lives on Burchard Lane, reported the incident Tuesday, just two months after the community held a meeting about reports of a flasher in their neighborhood. Police say they do not believe the flasher and Peeping Tom are the same person. They are advising residents to take a common sense approach when it comes to protecting themselves, including closing shades and keeping areas around the house well lit.
