A homeless man is facing charges in a near-fatal stabbing in Stamford last month.
Police say Olajuwon Raheem Clarke got an argument with a passenger on a CT Transit bus that was in front of a bus stop on West Main Street on Nov. 20.
Clarke then allegedly stabbed the person in the chest.
Police say Clarke left the scene.
Law enforcement authorities arrested Clarke in Brooklyn on Dec. 5. He was charged with assault, breach of peace and possession of a dangerous instrument.
He was held at Rikers Island and brought back to Connecticut on Tuesday.
Clarke is being held on a $250,000 bond.
