Residents in Parkchester are remembering a neighbor who was killed Thursday after falling into the path of an oncoming Metro-North train. Witnesses say 16-year-old LaToya Jimenez appeared to have fainted before falling from the northbound platform at Fordham station. Police are now investigating the incident and her family has asked Metro-North to release any surveillance video to probe the investigation. The accident disrupted train service on the Harlem and New Haven lines for hours Thursday. Related Information
