Two people were killed in a head-on crash in Bridgeport early Sunday morning, state police say.

It happened shortly after 2 a.m. on Route 25 South, just south of Exit 3.

Police say a driver from Shelton going the wrong way struck a driver from Stratford going south, and both men died at the scene.

Police have identified the victims as Kye Jackson, of Stratford, and Tyler Stevens, of Shelton.
