A man was killed and multiple people were injured in a two-car crash in Norwalk, officials say.
The Norwalk Fire Department responded to the crash Sunday night at the intersection of Westport Avenue and Dry Hill Road at 11:20 p.m.
Police say they extricated a man in his 60s pinned under the dashboard of a Geo Prizm four-door sedan.
He was transported to Norwalk Hospital with life-threatening injuries and later died, police say.
The other car, a Honda Accord, had three or four occupants in their early 20s.
The driver was transported with injuries by a second hospital ambulance, and the passengers were transported by a Wilton ambulance for observation.
